As a leader/manager of a care or support service team, you will take on a range of additional responsibilities which may include patient assessment, coordination of care, including referrals to other practitioners, managing risk, and leading on organisational change, business development, financial control, organisational resilience, and continuity.

Entry requirements: There are no prerequisites for this qualification, however, it is advised that learners have a demonstration of prior achievement of qualifications at either level 3 or 4.
